Investing in Mental Health and Recovery
Stress and high expectations are here to stay, and not going away, in Singapore’s fast-paced and demanding society.
Work, school, relationship and financial pressures are increasingly manifesting itself in mental ailments – with little respite in sight.
At PSALT Care, we seek to do our part in promoting mental health and happiness.
We run various self-help support groups to strengthen and sustain the recovery of those suffering from mental illness and addictions.
Soon we aim to raise awareness on mental health with youth in schools to arm them with knowledge to strengthen their resilience and recognised the need for care in the mental health area – for themselves, their families and friends.
